In 1954 Our Parents Sam Mitchell and Jessie Lee (Knight) Mitchell were arrested for drunk and disorderly in Fort Worth Texas. 5 children myself and 4 others were taken to the Juvenile probation dept. My parents decided to leave us and go on there way. I was adopted and don't know what happened to my sisters and brother. I have been searching for 4 years. I know My oldest sister is Rose Lee Hellian Mitchell born 2-16-1940 and my brother is Joseph John Mitchell born 12-21-1946. The other 2 sisters I'm not sure of the spelling of there names or thier birth dates. My father is dead and don't know what happened to my mother Jessie. |
