Other Info The only information I have about my birth Mom is. I had a medicine container with the name of Baby Elam on it.The birth certificate shows no weight, time or any other information of my birth. I wish that if my birth Mother is looking for me that she contact me through this service. I may have been born on the first of June, 1968. She may have been from the Shively or south end of Louisville Kentucky area. This would make my life more complete as I am sure it would hers or yours.
