Other Information Did have a file set up in Sept. of 1981 with Family Services of Greater Toledo; I had sent letters etc. for my son, should he someday "search." Ms. Anne E. Cook, AB was intake counselor at that time. I also filled out forms and sent to Columbus, thus insuring that if a search was done, that the records could be opened. I might mention that I have had (still have one) 3 typesd of cancer; it seems to be genetic on the maternal side....
