The only info we have at this time, is that Neal was given up for adoption because the mother had become pregnant with him unexpectedly during a separation from her husband. during thier reconciliation, she found out she was pregnant. Her and her husband felt that it would be best for Neal's emotional well being to put him up for adoption, as the husband did not feel he could raise the child with the love it needed. Neal has two siblings older than himself. I am looking for the paper work that we have in order to update this info on the internet. |

We have limited information on the birth father. We do know that he was working in California temporarily when he met the birth mother. They dated for 3 months. Then he went back to New York as far as we know. I will update this info as I find paper work that we have packed away. |
