Hello I am searching for my older sister who was given up for adoption by my mother at a very young age. Information that I have been able to obtain is that she did have meningitis after birth and that her adoption wasnt finalized until 1972 due to a hospital stay that required a shunt to the brain. Also that she may have been adopted by a family that owns a construction company?
