Other Info I know from the Indiana State Department of Health Non-Identifying Information that my biological mother was 15 years old at my birth, born in Indiana. My adopted parents were really involved with Chauncey Rose Home in Terre Haute. I also had an adopted sister, Diane(blond hair, blue eyes, glasses) who was a couple of years older than me. She came from the Chauncey Rose Home. When I was 4 or 5 she just left our home on short notice. My adopted mother Ann Mullis, told me that Diane had gone back to the home. To this day I wonder if she was really my biological sister?
