Other Info Father name may be listed as Lewis A. White. This was a forced adoption by the state. Natural father was James Cook jr of Orlando, FLA the adoption was handled through the doctor's nurse and child services some way I'm not sure. Because I had three legitimate children in the home and the baby was considered illegitimate by the state I could not keep her. I either had to give her up or three I already had. No choice. I requested she be adopted by a christian family and was told she was adopted by a Baptist minister and his wife.
