As a child I was told that my little sister was being adopted by a family we knew as Bob and Ellie Packard.
They had 2 daughters, Bucky, and Kimberly. Our family went through a lot of hard times, and for all of these years,
I felt in my heart that Lisa was better off with Bob and Ellie to love her and care for her, so that she would not
have to suffer the way we did. Now however as I have been actively searching for over 2 years, I find that the Packards
never completed the adoption. Both our mother, and Lisa's birth father are deceased. It would mean a great deal to myself,
and to our brothers and sister to find Lisa. It would make us all whole again. We were torn up when we came home from
from school to find Lisa being given away. We not only need to know where she is and how she is, but also have some important
