Other Info Adopted by Mary Lillian and Briah Dale Pennington who were stationed in S. Carolina with the U.S. Air Force. The adoption was prior to my birth and I think handled by an attorney vs. an agency. My birth mother attempted to see me between the ages of 6 mos. and 1 year, my adoptive mother refused. I believe my birth parents may have been married and that my birth father may have been incarcerated.
