Other Info	I dont have much information as my records are sealed. I do know I have sibblings. Unknown if I put the write date on adoption as I went by my birth Cert. being recorded and filed in the Michigan Dept. of health on that date. Also am not sure about the address at time of adoption as I also went with the date on my birth cert. I also know my adoptive parents could not live in the same city as my birth mother so they moved to Bay City and thats the address given. My birth mother was caretaking me untill I was old enough to ask who she was. Approx. I was 3 years of age at that time.
