Other Information My name is now Bosse. It was Sparks at the time of the birth. The birth took place at Tucson Medical Center in Sept. of l961 possilby the 15 or 16th of the month. The records of l961 at the hospital have been destroyed . My son was baptised before he left the hospital for adoption by the Rev. Richard Rowley. The baptism was not recorded in the church records. I was told by the Az Childrens Home who handled the adoption that the adoptive parents were from Prescott Arizona. The birth date may have also been around the 9th or 10 of the month.
