Other Info birth mothers name was Deborah Stevens (could be spelled wrong) The adoption took place at the Erie County Courthouse in Erie, Penna. The birth mother had other children (no idea of what sex) I went through a few different foster homes. During this time I got to have visits with the birth mother. I was adopted around the age of 8. When I was younger, the birth mother and I lived in Erie, Penna. Birth family also lived in Erie, Penna.
