He was 21 yrs. at time of birth; born in Arkansas; German and French nationality descent; fair complexion with light brown hair and blue eyes; occupation listed as airman in US Air Force. There were complications at birth which consisted of infant having breathing difficulties. Relinquishment signing was delayed until August 8, 1960 when infant was medically cleared. |
