Other Info Francis Michael Regan was born in Mobile, Alabama in 1929 and was adopted in Birmingham or Mobile, Alabama in 1935 to James and Mattie Bailey Regan (both deceased). He was raised in Birmingham, Alabama where he graduated from Hensley High School in 1947 and then joined the Navy in 1948 and later retired from the Air Force in 1968. He married Sally Terry in Birmingham, Alabama in 1958. He settled in Ashland, Kentucky after retiring from the Air Force. He worked at CSX Railroad in Ashland, KY and died of Cancer in 1986. I am ithe third of four children and am desperately looking for my bilogical relatives i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. This is my first step in searching and hope this may lead me to the next level.
