Searching for half-sister (with Mom's blessing): Baby Girl Bowman born to Alice Bowman and Walter Anderson of Ogle County, IL. Adoption was approximately 3 days after her birth. Adoptive parents were both teachers (father perhaps a superintendent) most likely living in Northern Illinois. Adoption handled through state of Illinois Children and Family Services.
