Birth mother's name was Teresa Marie Webber (deceased) and her date of birth was 06/06/58 in Anchorage, Alaska. The child was Caucasian (mother) and African American (father). She was my sister and on her death bed requested that I locate the daughter she had to put up for adoption and let her know about the medical history of the family. I have not been able to obtain any information from the courts, adoption agencies nor Catholic Social Services.
