I have a birth certificate that says I was born in Craven County NC but have since been told that I was born in Mecklenburg County. Someone please e-mail me....I am desperate and I don,t know where to even begin. I have found out that I have a brother that would at this time be 41 or 42 years old. He had scarlet fever and menengitis before he was the age of 2. They say that he walks with a limp. I am so desperate to find my brother also. It was told to me that my mothers family was in the auto repair business and I have an aunt who may be a hairdresser.
