My father kept in touch with Anne (birth mother) after he found out she was pregnant and returned to England to marry her after finishing in the Navy, only to discover that he couldn't find her. She had sent him letters to inform him of the childrens' birth. I have a picture of her and one of her and her sister with my dad. Not sure if she kept the children or put them up for adoption. It was the 50's. |
