John Douglas Linkey is my sibling. We are one of 10 children born to Lona Arlene Garmen Linkey. I have been in contact with birth mother and all siblings with the exception of John Douglas. He was placed in foster care in Dauphin Co. shortly after birth. Then returned to the mother, then the child was so used to the foster mother that birthmother gave him up. Last contact birthmother had with Dauphin Co. was 1963 I am assuming an adoption may have taken place between 61-63
