I don't remember the date of adoption except it was a private one and my daughter was adopted by my third cousins. There names are James and Winnie Manchester. They lived in Warwick, R.I. I was so young that the Judge told them to let me see her as often as I could, but they would not let me. She was two years old when they adopted her.
