| I was born on February 17, 1959 at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, Ma. My birth mothers last name was Fontaine or Fountain.Both names were written on the adoption papers. I think she was from Ohio ,possibly Cleveland. My adoptive mother said she was told that my mother had 3 children (boys) already with her husband, and I was from an affair. My birth mother had an aunt living on Cape Cod, she came here to have me and then went back home to her husband. My actual adoption date was Dec. 28, 1960 and went to probate on Jan. 10,1961. This is all I know. |
