Other Info I was informed by my adoptive father that my natural mother was 16 years old and my natural father was 19. I have no problem understanding why I was put up for adoption. My adoptive father was in the US Air Force in Dover, Delaware at the time of my adoption. I desparetly wish to locate my biological parents.
