| When born at the Baptist Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ, I had a Tracheoesophageal Fistula. It was repaired within five days of delivery. I do not know how long I was in the hospital, but I believe I was in Foster Care for at least 2 months prior to being adopted at 6 months old. During Foster Care, I went by Patty Lynn. Status prior to that is unknown. The adoption was handled by the State of Arizona, Maricopa County Welfare Department. My birth parents have been reported as being a young couple, possibly college age. My bmother was reported to have been 5’4” and about 115 pounds with blue eyes and light brown hair. My bfather is reported to have been 6’1” and 220 pounds with green eyes and dark brown hair. |
