Robin was taken away from my Father Tim Phillips at approx. age 12 by child social services in Kansas. I do not know for sure if she was adopted because no one will tell me what happened or knows what happened. I have not seen my sister since she was 6 years old. I have been looking for her for almost 20 years now.
