I am a 34 year old woman looking for my birthparents. To my knowledge, my birthmother was married and due to an affair, became pregnant with me. Her husband was in the military and was away at Vietnam. My birth father may have been in the military. My adopted parents went through an attorney by the name of J. Michael Coman. I don't know if there was an agency involved or not. The adoption was granted through the District Court of Harris County, Texas. The judge was Madison Rayburn. The date on the order granting the adoption was the 27th day of October 1969 and it is crossed through with a date of the 3rd day of November 1969 in its place.
