I weighed 8 lbs 6oz at birth. I had blue eyes and reddish hair with a fair complexion. I was placed in foster care on 4/25/67.I was subsequently returned by the foster family after my first birthday. An agreement of adoptive placement was signed by my parents on 4/26/68. Albany County Dept of Social Services handled the adoption. |
