Lori was born in Richmond, Virginia on May 16, 1965 at a home for unwed mothers. At the age of 1 month, she was taken by a caseworker from the Children's Home of North Carolina to their facility in Greensboro, NC. She was adopted from there within a few days or weeks. I know that she was placed with a professional couple in a small eastern NC town. I was not given any information about them other than that. |

I was a little confused about the privision of spousal and sibling information so I will make additional comments for clarification.I have been married to James Riggsbee for 34 years and we have 2 sons, Jonathan and Adam who would be half brothers to Lori. Lori's birth father also lives in the Charlotte area and he has two daughters who would be half sisters to her. Their ages are similar to those of my sons. I do not know if he is interested in finding her, but I am! |
