Other Info	Mine was a private adoption. My birth mother's name is Susan Wolff. There were two brothers; one was a doctor and the second was a lawyer (the lawyer's name I have on my adoption decree is William Leonard Cremers, Jr, 23 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA. My adoptive parents used these same brothers when they adopted my brother five years later. My decree is filed as follows: IN THE ORPHANS' COURT OF CHESTER COUNTY, PA". When I contacted the Orphans' Court, they said they had found a file, it was sealed, and I needed to send the Court approximately $$150.00 - $200.00 (for fees).
