I was born May 18th 1976 at 5:22pm to a 15 year old mother, 17 year old father at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
The attorney who helped with the adoption's name is Barry Zissor and may have been close friends with the birth mothers parents.
All I want is my medical history and ethnic background and maybe a picture of my biological mother and father. I do not need emotional support, or "another" family. I am just curious as to whom I look like, what medical problems could arise later in life and so I can stop the guessing game of my ethnic background.
