Other Information Marjorie Ann Kopp contacted Ashtabula County Child Welfare in her 8th month of pregancy to put me up for adoption. She had one other live birth before me. The birthfather was tall, red-haired, and I was told, married. She struggled with her decision and her family was supportive. She gave me her middle name, Ann! At the time of my birth, she was living in a rented house with her sister, I think. I really want to find her!!!
