The adoption was handled by Chatholic Charities out of the Decatur, IL. office. I was born in Springfield, IL. and am not sure that is where the birth parents lived. The records are sealed and the agency will not give me more than a general physical description. I was also told that my birth mother was Irish, English, Dutch, and Welsh. |
