The Rochester law firm of Harris, Beach, Jeating, Wilcox and Dale sent my adopted parents, Ruth & Howard Rogers letters in 1954 about my birth certificate. I don't know if they handled the adoption. i think I lived in the Rochester Children's Home before I was adopted.
