My grandfather adopted my mom, possibly in 1952-1954 from Germany. Maybe Berlin. His name was Elvin Charles Vickers and His Wife at the time was Mildred Vickers. My grandfather was in the army when he adopted my mother and his son. His Birth name is Karl Eiler. I am unsure what my mothers birth name was. She is sick and I would like to find some of her relatives to find out the family history for my health and my children. |

My grandfather is now deceased. He adopted my mother only known name is Karin Jean Vickers. Not sure the name at birth. He also adopted a son which he named Craig Vickers, but his birth name is Karl Eiler. Both from Germany, both adopted within a 2 yr span. Elvin was born in Loveland, Colorado. His wife at the time was Mildred Vickers. Elvin's parent were Charles W Vickers and his mother was Elsie Vickers / Warren. I am the daughter of Karin Jean Vickers and she is sick I would like to know her medical history from her birth family. |
