I had been @ the Florence Critton home under the name of Elizabeth Williams but due to my age I became an in-patient @ the Hospital and remained ther until I was induced into labor.Signed legal surrender April 3rd 1969 and a few days later my son was moved to an agency foster family where he was called "Baby Lee" he was again seen by the agencies physician(s) on April 21;1969 and again on June12; 1969.
