I have registered with the ny information registry and was able to obtain non identifyig info: mother was 30 at the age of my birth;she gave birth to twins a boy and girl and the first names that were given remained nationality was listed as american, ethnic was german, race white, 5'6", stocky, dark brown hair, brown eyes, round face curly hair, worked at plastics co, preg was normal and lasted 37 weeks, weighed 3lbs 11 ounces at birth, mother was living with her sisters family and initially place us in foster care and eventually placed for adoption with the nassau county dept of social services..did not know I was adopted until I was age 33 and I am now age 37 |
