my adopting parents had all ready planned to have me before I was born.It was set up that way.although they did not know or met my real parents.I was brought home with my adopted parents six days after i was born.the adoption was finalized nov.13 59.I also have my adoption papers with my mothers maiden name.My real fathers name is not.Some other Information that may help is a man by the name of ray crafton who was good friends with my adopted parents knew the mother of my real mother and found out she was expecting a baby and was going to put me up for adoption.knowing that my adopted parents were looking to adopted he set up the arragment.One other thing frings and milford attorny at law were the petioners for the tazewell county court house.Also above were you want to know the local birth cert. number there were 2 numbers on it .there was childs birth number was112-59-053701 and the certified copy of birth recored was 91755.

I dont know much about her excepet that she was between the age of 16 -19 when she had me.my real father was not married to her and had left to go back to school somewhere down in southern Il.From what my mother told me she was a young girl still living at home and now way to support me so she gave me up for adoption.her maiden name sitki is some what uncommon i found that there are some sitki's in taylorville Il.and in spingfield Il.
