I know that I was born at the Naval Hostpial in San Diego. I was born Oct. 4, 1968. I was Adopted through Catholic Charities of San Diego. I had back surgery the first day of life to remove two cysts on the bottom of my spine. I was in a foster home for about a year, where the back of my baby picture's taken by the foster mother was the name Carrie. I was told by my adopted mother that my birth mother was part Welch.
