My foster parents and i lived in Naperville for a short time then moved to Wisconsin, i think my mother's name was Helen Walters, although i'm not sure. I believe my grandfather had something to do with my adoption, his name was Joe Wilczewski. I believe birth mother and foster parents had a mutual friend who was my nurse at Walter Memorial. I left the hospital with my foster parents, and their names are on my birth certificate. I have no harsh feelings for my birth mother or birth father, I only wish i could know what nationality i am, who's blood flows inside of me, and my husband and i wish to have children soon, i would like to know my medical history. I would be eternally grateful to anyone with any information at all, surrounding my adoption. I feel nothing but love for the woman who gave birth to me.
