My birth name was Keeley Erin Elliott. I was placed w/ Cahoilc Social Services on Jan. 17, 1974. I was taken care of by a lady who wrote a letter to my apoptived parents telling them some of my traits. Her name is scribled out on the bottom so it does me no good. I have my real birth certificate but I can not find it at this time. I hope I have entered in the right information, if I have not please let know what else I can do to help in the search.My SSN is 396-98-2995, I don't know if it was the same at birth to know or what. I do have a piece of paper for a new SSN w/ my birth name on it and my name now. I don't know if that will help or not. The name of the Attorney that handle my adoption was Reinstra ansd Van Dyk, out of New Richmond, Wisconsin. Anything you need from me or whatever you can find I would greatly appreciate. What do I do next? Please help me in my search for answers. Thank you,
