Other Info I am 50 years old now and will always remember the baby my mother loved. My parents were foster parents in Miami, FL, Dade County when we lovingly accepted eula Tomi Lynn into our family. From what I can recall she was about 6 months old and found in an abondoned apt. Her mother who was Japenese was in jail for arsene and her father who was American was in the military. We kept abused/hard to place foster children. We called Tomi Lynn, Tauney Lynn Stinson. I remember her skin peeling off in layers from being left alone for quite some time and many trips to the doctors. Tauney was the most beautifull baby we had ever seen and extremely smart. I do remember that she had a habit probably from being left alone of pulling at her stuffed animals and putting the fuzz to her nose. We atched her constantly as she slept. She had to have as many stuffed animals in her crib as would fit and children records playing softly for her to get a good nap. It was mine and my brothers job to her and change the record back then a 45 before Tauney Lynn woke up. We loved her and she called me sissy. My mother tried in every way and thru many courts to adopt Tauney Lynn. Back then it was not common for foster parents to be able to adopt since the parents knew where Tauney Lynn was. We beat the courts and were going to get to adopt Tauney when her father appeared on the scene thru phone calls. We moved from Miami to Keystone Heights, FL, and of all things Eaula Tomi Lynns dad live in Palatka, FL, just 30 minutes away. He found us and it is just to long of story to go into. We, as a family decided since the state would not allow Tauney to go to her dad that the best for Tauney was to be adopted out to a family where no one would know and she would hope to have a normal loving life. I will never forget the day they took Eual Tomi Lynn from my family in Miami, FL. My loving mother had a nervous breakdown which affected us all and tried to located her until the day she died. We did get a message from the case worker, Mrs. Greenburg, that Tauney showed the new adopitive family how to hide her vitamins in her food and for some reason my mom felt a military family may have adopted Tauney. She also believed that Tauney, at the time, was the only girl in all of her new family. I did try to locate some Lynns in Palatka, FL, where her father supposedly lived after he had lost his legs in an accident and they told me Mr. Lynn had died. I just would like Tauney Lynn, Eula Tomi Lynn, to know how much whe was loved the first two years of her life and that I even have a beautifull picture of her. My brother and I would like Tauney to know that she always, until the day our mom died, was truly loved by people she doesnt have any way of knowing. I have been your sis at heart for many years now and would love to get in touch with you.
