Other Info My adoption was through Catholic Charities in Jackson, MS.Sister Remigius,Sisters of Mercy worked at Mercy Hospital and arranged everything. My adoptive father is her first cousin.I was taken from Mercy Hospital by my adoptive parents when I was 3 days old. Sister Remigus is a/k/a Sister Elizabeth Harkins, deceased. She was director of Nursing at the Univ.of Southern Mississippi. Mercy Hospital has now been sold to a chain of hospitals
