It is my understanding that my birth mother was 16 years old and unmarried, had blond hair and blue eyes. I was born in Washington, D.C., but was placed for adoption in Fairfax County, Virginia. My birth name is believed to be Steven Concaugh not 100percent sure that the spelling is correct. I was about 6 months old when placed with my adoptive family. |
