I am looking for my BM and BF. My name at birth was Lisa Ann Krueger. I was born at Westlake Community Hospital, in Melrose Park, Illinois, at 137 p.m. I was 7lbs and 12 oz. and 19 in. Dr. Green was the doctor, my mother was 20 years old, 54 weighed 112, had brown hair and dark eyes, was of German nationality. She had completed H.S. and was employed as a file clerk. She was a Lutheran. My birth father was 22 years of age and was of German nationality. He was 511 weighed 175, well built with a blonde crew cut, blue eyes, had completed H.S. was employed by a utility company. He was married and had a 9 month old son. My birth mother thought my birth father was going to marry her, but he decided not too. My birth mother signed adoption forms on 01-21-65 while still in the hospital. My birth mothers mother was present at the time of the signing and both women cried and said they wished they could have done differently but there was no alternative. My birth mother said it broke her heart and she loved children. She continued counseling with Lutheran Social Services of Illinois till late in April of 1965.
