Dont know whether Mary Katherine Windberg, my best friend, an adoptee was born in TX or another state such as NM, but she was adopted in El Paso, TX. Have been searching for her biological family for a couple or 3 years through 2 different agencies w/ absolutely no luck whatsoever. Any suggestions? Its very discouraging and disheartening. |
