I have been told by several sources that my biological mother was approx. 21 years of age at my birth and she was hearing impaired. She came from a wealthy family from the Philly area and had a brother, Joseph who was studying to be a priest and James,who was in the service and studying to be a dr. I was told her name was Elizabeth and she went to a school for the Deaf and shewas born approx. in 1933 or 34 in Philly. If you have any information regarding my family it would very helpful. I have searched for them for many years and have had many doors shut. I had a major heart attack in April of 1997 and was lucky to survive. My specialist said that a 40 year old man does not have a heart attack to my degree unless it ran in my family. I am married and live in Central Florida with my wife and three children, who are 19, 17, and 12 years of age. As you can see I have gone back to my biological name and have carried that name for the past nine years since the passing of both my adoptive parents.Also my grandfather's name is supposed to be James and he was to have had a wholesale jewelry business in Philly. |

The Foundling Home said my mother was a very friendly person who was a bit chunky but had such blue eyes. She also could read lips very well. Her parents were in N.Y. at a hotel while she stayed at the Foundling Home. She did not want to give me up but had no choice because of her parents. |
