I seek information on my birthfather. I have located my birth mothers family, several years after her death. I was born Baby Boy Kuykendall/Gene Kyukendall to Helen M. Kuykendall on the listed date. Helen was 16 or 17 when she met a man possibly 21 yrs., stationed at an Air Force base possibly Chanute AFB, he was possibly a flight instructor, he might have been married, he might have had 2 children, he was from a large family in rural Missouri with possibly 5-7 siblings. Helen was sent to an unwed mothers home in Chicago by her mother and grandmother. I was placed for adoption through the Illinois Childrens Home and Aid Society in Chicago. My case worker was Mary or Marj Yarnell. |
