I do not know the birth mother's name. I do have the adoption papers and birth certificate at adoption. I have heard I had a younger sister named "Sally" who was adopted with me but our birth mother rescinded her adoption and took Sally back. There are older siblings as well.
The adoption papers were filed in Los Angeles County on Jan. 19, 1951, Harold J. Ostly, County Clerk. They were entered on Feb 2, 1951 in book # 107, Page 347 by HS Palais Deputy.
Local Registrar W.F. Fox, M.D. received certificate on Jan. 2, 1948. Registrar's number 2113. Number at top of birth certificate is 4146, Department of Public Health, State of California
