You were given the name Megan Marie McLynn by me. You were born Saturday 2/7/76 @ Community Memorial General Hospital, LaGrange, IL @ 12:20pm via emergent c-section (I had severe ecclampsia, which has now been diagnosed as HELLP syndrome). You were 4lbs, 10.5oz, 18" long & beautiful.
You were approximately 6-7 premature, but did well (I was told). You were placed in a foster home until I signed the adoption papers almost 1 month after you were born. We used Catholic Charities in Chicago, IL. I was told you were the 3rd adopted child of a nice Irish-Catholic family in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs & that you had an 2 olders brothers (I think). I am of Irish-German descent & Roman Catholic. Your birth father was tall, somewhat heavy, blonde hair, blue eyes & is named Andrew McKelvey III. I do not know his actual background as he himself is adopted. I do not mean to intrude in your life - I just want to know if you're all right. Any information given to me is greatly appreciated. |
