Looking for the CLIFFORD family whos mother gave up a son in approx. 1918-1921 in Winnipeg , Manitoba to an orphanage.He was adopted by Marie and Garland Briggs of Inisfail Alberta. Mother had 2 kids before this son , a boy born in 1913, and a daughter born in 1915. Her husband went to war and she got involved with a former boyfriend. When husband returned he could not accept the child and mother gave up the child reluctantly.
