Other Info I am the birth mother, gave birth to baby girl at Garden Park Hospital in either Garden Grove, or Anaheim, Ca., 4/19/70. Am not in possession of a copy of the birth certificate at this time, but think baby weighed 7 lbs. and something like 6 oz., and was maybe 21 inches long, born fairly early in the morning. The birth was normal, vaginal delivery with the aid of an epidural. My name was Elaine Agnew, living in Buena Park, Ca. I was 17 years old at the time, 5 2 tall, petite, blonde hair, blue eyes, Irish/Scottish heritage. The father was Michael J. Garcia, then 18 years of age, living in Norwalk, Ca., maybe 6 tall, brown hair and eyes, Mexican heritage. The baby was adopted through the Orange County Adoption Agency, taken from me at the time of her birth, adoption finalized soon thereafter. The hospital no longer exists, the doctor who delivered the baby was a Dr. Arajo, who was filling in for my doctor at the time, Dr. Plows, now retired, whos office was in Anaheim, Ca. Attending nurses had me enter a name for the baby on one of the forms I signed during labor, and I believe the name entered was Amy.
